In these sessions, we always start with whatever feels most pressing to you, whatever that might be.
We gently work through the thoughts, feelings and patterns that are keeping you stuck, so you can feel calmer, think more clearly and move forward with confidence.
Sessions are available in packages of 3, 5 or 7 and are held online via Zoom.
