How I found EFT
When I reached my 40s, I realised that something needed to change.
Outwardly, things looked fine. But inside, I felt stuck, overwhelmed and unsure. I kept repeating the same patterns and, unsurprisingly, getting the same results.
I tried lots of different tools and approaches, but nothing quite seemed to get to the root of what I was experiencing.
Then I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques, usually known as EFT or Tapping.
EFT gave me a practical way to calm my nervous system and begin working with the thoughts, emotions and old patterns that were keeping me stuck.
It made such a difference that I decided to train as an EFT practitioner so I could help other people experience its benefits.
How I can help you
Today, through EFT Transformation, much of my work is with women in midlife and beyond.
This stage of life can bring a surprising number of issues with it – changing relationships, ageing parents, children growing up, menopause, career questions, body changes and that nagging feeling of Is this really how I want the next part of my life to look?
Sometimes it shows up as anxiety or emotional overwhelm. Sometimes it’s overthinking, low confidence, procrastination, emotional eating, people-pleasing or feeling unable to move forward even though you know what you want to do. Or realising you are not where you thought you would be at this stage in your life.
EFT can help us gently explore what is sitting underneath those patterns and behaviours and reduce the emotional charge attached to them.
I am also trained in Matrix Reimprinting, an advanced EFT-based approach that can be used to work with earlier memories and experiences and the beliefs and emotional patterns connected with them.
International collaborations
As part of my work in the EFT community, I was delighted to be invited to substitute for internationally renowned EFT expert Brad Yates on his Daily Intention Alignment calls.

What is EFT?
EFT, commonly called Tapping, is a scientifically-proven technique developed in the 1990s and often described as ‘acupuncture without needles’.
It involves tapping with the fingers on acupressure points to shift energetic blocks, while saying targeted statements that focus on your unique issue. This simple process helps to realign the body’s energy system and can relieve the symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, physical pain and much more.
EFT can also address unresolved emotional issues that may lie at the origin of physical illness.
Clients often report progress after just one session, but sometimes several sessions may be required to resolve a complex issue or problem.
