What is EFT Tapping?

EFT Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a safe, gentle technique that involves tapping with the fingers on specific acupressure points while focusing on thoughts, emotions or memories. It is sometimes described as “acupressure without the needles”.

It is a scientifically-proven method that helps to realign the body’s energy system and can relieve the symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, phobias, physical pain, emotional issues and much more.

What can EFT help with?

EFT can support a wide range of challenges, including:

How does EFT work?

This helps regulate the nervous system and reduces the intensity of emotional responses, making it easier to think clearly and respond calmly instead of reacting automatically.

Do I need to believe in EFT for it to work?

No, you don’t need to believe in EFT tapping for it to be effective.

Some people start out feeling a bit sceptical and are surprised at how quickly they notice a change in how they feel.

What happens in an EFT session?

Each EFT session is tailored to you.

We begin by briefly talking through what you’re experiencing, then use Tapping to gently work through the thoughts, emotions or memories connected to it.

Sessions are always at your pace, with a focus on helping you feel safe and supported.

Are sessions online or in person?

All sessions are held online via Zoom.

Being in your own space often helps you feel more relaxed and open.

How many EFT sessions will I need?

This depends on what you want to work on.

Some people experience noticeable shifts quickly, while deeper patterns may take longer to release.

I offer 3-, 5- and 7-session packages, as well as a 12-week programme for more in-depth support.
